Vina creates a customized program for your specific needs, for maximum effectiveness. We start with a 2-hour initial intake, and subsequent sessions are 1.5 hours long. Package rates are available for multiple sessions. Sessions available for:

• In Person Sessions: Private one-on-one sessions in the comfort of Vina’s studio
• Zoom Sessions: Live video sessions are equally effective.
• Couples & Family: Sessions available with your spouse or family member(s).
