The IAM®-20 Meditation Technique offers an integration of gentle yoga exercises with an effective and easy-to-practice meditation technique that can be comfortably performed by anyone in just 20 minutes per day. Come and learn how to develop a powerful daily practice of meditation as taught by Amma, popularly known as "The Hugging Saint."

Meditation and yoga have been found to be effective tools in re-establishing inner balance, clarity and peace of mind. Benefits include:
